Objective: To assess the treatment effect of rat C 6 glioma with recombinant adenovirus HSV tk gene (AdHCMV tk) combinated with GCV and ACV. Methods: The efficiency of AdHCMV lacZ infecting C 6 cells was studied by using x gal staining.
