Objective: In order to investigate the effect of human recombinantphospholipase D2 (rhPLD2) in vivo on the secretion of serumal GPI-PLD as well as the expression of nuclear transcription factor P65 in chronic asthma of guinea pig.

• 目的:通过建立慢性豚鼠哮喘模型,研究人类重组磷脂酶D2(rhPLD2)干预慢性哮喘豚鼠后,其血清中糖基化磷脂酰肌醇特异性磷脂酶D(GPI-PLD)的酶活性、肺组织核转录因子P65含量的变化,并探寻可能的机制。
