Objective To test the therapeutic effectiveness of cyclosporin A (CsA) in combination wit h corticosteroid in the treatment of autoimmune hemolytic anemia(AIHA) and Evans syndrome.

• 目的 探讨环孢菌素A(CsA)在自身免疫性溶血性贫血 (AIHA)和Evans综合征的综合免疫抑制治疗中所起的作用。 方法 前瞻性研究CsA合并传统方案 (泼尼松 +达那唑 ) ( 18例 )和单用传统方案 ( 2 6例 )治疗Coombs试验阳性的AIHA和Evans综合征的疗效。
