Objective To study the relationship between renal cAMP, cGMP levels and hypertension, and evaluate effects of enalapril and losartan on renal cAMP and cGMP in spontaneously hypertensive rats(SHR).

• 目的 观察肾脏环磷酸腺苷 (cAMP)、环磷酸鸟苷 (cGMP)和一氧化氮 (NO)水平与高血压的关系 ,以及依那普利和氯沙坦降压治疗对自发性高血压大鼠 (SHR)肾皮质cAMP、cGMP和NO水平的影响。
