Objective To study APA microcapsulized bovine chromaffin cells (BCCs) subarachnoid transplantation on the changes of neural nitric oxid synthase(nNOS)in spinal cord of chronic constriction injury (CCI)rats.

• 目的 通过观察APA微囊化牛肾上腺嗜铬细胞 (BCCs)移植对坐骨神经慢性挤压伤(CCI)大鼠脊髓神经元型一氧化氮合酶 (nNOS)的影响 ,探讨脊髓NO通路是否参与APA微囊化BCCs蛛网膜下隙移植镇痛机理。
