Objective To observe the therapeutic effects and toxicity of HLF (hydroxycamptothecin HCPT/leucovorin LV/fluorouracil 5 Fu) regimen and ELF (etoposide VP 16/LV/5 Fu) regimen in middle aged and elderly patients with advanced gastric carcinoma.

• 目的 观察羟基喜树碱 (hydroxycamptothecin ,HCPT)与醛氢叶酸 (leucovorin ,LV)、氟尿嘧啶 (fluorouracil,5 Fu)组成的HLF方案和足叶乙甙 (etoposide ,Vp 16 )与LV、5 Fu组成的ELF方案对中老年晚期胃癌的近期疗效及毒副作用。
