Objective To observe the changes of endothelin(ET),nitric oxide(NO) and C-reactive protein(CRP) before and after the Glucobay therapy in impaired glucose tolerance patients(IGT).

• 目的观察糖耐量减低患者应用阿卡波糖治疗前后血浆内皮素、一氧化氮、C反应蛋白水平变化。
