Objective To observe the behavior and content of dopamine(DA),norepinephrine(NA),5 hydroxytryptamine(5 HT) in stratium of mice treated with different doses of 1 methyl 4 phenyl 1,2,3,6 tetrahydropyridine(MPTP).

• 目的 观察不同剂量对 1 甲基 4 苯基 1,2 ,3 ,6 四氢吡啶 (MPTP)小鼠行为学及脑纹状体多巴胺 (DA)去甲肾上腺素 (NE)、5 羟色胺 (5 HT)及其代谢产物含量的影响 ,探讨MPTP致帕金森病 (PD)样小鼠模型的最佳条件。
