Objective To learn the level of blood serum antibody of borrelia burgdorferi(Bb) of Lyme disease(LD) and the possible transfer agents in mountainous area of the Western Part of Henan Province.

• 目的了解豫西地区有关人群血清中是否存在抗莱姆病螺旋体抗体及可能存在的生物媒介。方法采用间接或直接免疫荧光技术,对人血清相关抗体及蜱中肠带菌情况进行研究。
