Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of Cyclin Dl and CDK4mRNA and neuronal apoptosis or gliosis after focal cerebral ischemic reperfusion in rats and to explore the intervention of Inosine.

• 目的：观察大鼠局灶性脑缺血再灌流后细胞周期蛋白D1(CyclinD1)mRNA和周期蛋白依赖蛋白激酶4(CDK4)mRNA的表达与神经细胞凋亡、神经胶质细胞增生的关系以及INOSINE的干预作用，从细胞增殖角度探讨INOSINE的神经保护作用机制。
