Objective To investigate the expression of osteopontin(OPN) and its correlation with lymph node metastases and pathologic features of small cell lung cancer(SCLC).

• 目的研究骨桥蛋白(OPN)在小细胞肺癌(SCLC)中的表达及其与肺癌转移的关系。方法应用免疫组化法检测23例患者肺癌组织中OPN的表达,以18例正常肺组织作为对照。
