Objective To investigate the expression of fibroblast growth factor-7 (FGF-7) in fe- tal lungs of rats with congenital diaphragmatic hernia (CDH) induced by nitrofen,and to evaluate its role in the pathogenesis of the pulmonary hypoplasia.
