Objective To investigate the effect of tetradrine(Tet) on the contend of MDA,the activity of NOS and Na~+-K~+-ATP,Ca~(2+)-Mg~(2+)-ATP of primary hippocampi neurons cocultured with quinolinic acid(QA).
