Objective To investigate the changes of extracellular regulating kinase(ERK) expression and age-related change in spinal dorsal horn after injection of formalin into hindpaw of rats.

• 目的探讨疼痛模型大鼠脊髓后角的细胞外调节因子(ERK)表达变化及其年龄差异。方法应用免疫组织化学方法检测ERK在脊髓后角的定位表达,并用图像分析系统和免疫印迹法进行定量分析。
