Objective To explore the effects of unclipping and destroying the renal medulla on blood pressure and renal function in one-kidney, one clip(1K1C)hypertensive rats and to investigate the possible mechanism.

• 目的观察去除钳夹对一肾一夹(one-kidney, one clip, 1K1C)高血压大鼠血压与肾功能的影响和破坏肾髓质后的变化,探讨其可能的作用机制。
