Objective To detect the antinuclear antibody (ANA) titer of cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) in patients with neuropsychiatric lupus erythematosus (NPLE),evaluate its diagnostic significance to the NPLE and seek for the possible pathogenesis of NPLE.
