Objective This experiment was to examine ultrastructural alterations in adrenal gland tissues and their relationship with injury severity of lung caused by gas explosion with same concentration but different pressure of blast in rats.

• 目的 比较观察瓦斯爆炸伤时相同瓦斯浓度 ,瓦斯室体积不同所产生压力及冲击波不同的条件下大鼠肾上腺组织超微结构改变及其与肺伤情的关系。
