OBJECTIVE: To investigate the changes of aerobic metabolism and morphosis of rat sternohyoideus muscles after injection botulinum toxin type A with enzyme histochemistry technique in order to provide scientific base for clinical use.

• 目的：通过对局部注射A型肉毒毒素(BTX-A)后大鼠胸舌骨肌线粒体酶组织化学染色及肌纤维直径变化的动态观察，探讨A型肉毒毒素对骨骼肌有氧代谢的影响，了解在A型肉毒毒素作用下肌细胞形态的变化规律，为BTX-A的临床应用提供基础实验资料。
