Novel dinuclear lanthanide complexes, [REL 3(phen)] 2(RE = La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Sm, Eu; L= trans 2,3 dimethylacrylate, phen=phenanthroline), have been synthesized and characterized by IR, NMR, UV spectroscopy and elemental analysis.
