Nine patients of the brain herniation were only operated by absces aspiration driling on skull with trough awl(AADTA) made in our hospital. After other 17 relieved the brain herniation by AADTA,absces excisions (AE) were carried out. Mortality was 15%.

• 后者9例仅行我院自制的有槽手锥锥颅脓肿抽吸术(AADTA),其余17例行施AADTA缓解脑疝后再作脓肿切除术(AE),死亡率为15%25。
