Mothods: Genotoxicity and teratogenicity of DSL were examined by micronucleus of PCE,chromosome aberration of CHL and teralogenic test.

• 方法:采用小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞(PCE)微核试验、中国仓鼠肺细胞(CHL)染色体畸变试验及致畸试验,对受试物DSL进行了遗传毒性及致畸性检测。
