Methods89 cases with acute cerebral hemorrhage were divided to survival group(47 cases) and died group(42 cases),and 2 ml arterial blood were drew to measure Ph,PO_2,PCO_2,HCO~-_3,TCO_2,ABE and SaO_2 in 6 hours after their being in hospital.
