Methods:The inhibitory effect of water and alcohol extraction of CUMH on cytopathogenic effect(CPE)induced by HSV-I in vitro,the preventive effect on infection and the direct lethal effect on HSV-I were observed with the methods of CPE and MTT dye.

• 方法:运用细胞病变法(CPE)及MTT染色法观察复方芜荑水和醇提取物体外对HSV-I所致细胞病变的抑制作用、感染的预防作用和对HSV-I的直接杀伤作用。
