Methods:Survey AoAb in the sera of 126 cases with unbeknown infertility and 89 cases with abortion in the method of ELISE,and compared with the positive rate of AoAb in the sera of 90 normal child-bearing aged women as control group.

• 方法:用ELISE法对126例不明原因不孕妇女和89例自然流产妇女血清AoAb进行检测并与90例正常生育期妇女血清AoAb阳性率做对照。
