Methods:Polymerase chain reaction-sequence specific oligonucleotide (PCR-SSO) genotyping method was performed to detect HLA-DQB1 promotor (QBP) alleles in 32 cases of unexplained habitual abortion and 53 women with normal pregnancy history.
