Methods:From march to june 2006,two cases of complete posterior urethral rupture caused by the pelvic fractures treated only with percutaneous fuperpubic cystostomy for the severe shock situations.

• 方法:2006年3月至6月男性骨盆骨折创伤失血性休克并后尿道完全断裂2例,均经一期耻上膀胱造瘘,一周后自尿道外口、耻上膀胱造瘘孔行膀胱镜下后尿道断裂会师术。
