Methods:Chimersim kinetic from T lymphocyte and myelocyte during allogenc peripheral blood stem cell transplantation in one patient with CML was analysied by FISH and cells cultur. The dosege of CsA and DLI was conditioned.

• 方法 :1例高龄慢粒白血病慢性期患者 ,在骨髓非清除性异基因外周血干细胞移植后 ,用细胞培养结合 FISH法动态监测髓细胞和 T淋巴细胞的嵌合状态 ,适时调整 Cs A剂量和进行 DL I治疗。
