Methods:50 cases of acute cerebral infarction were treated with injecting tissue plasminogen activator(tPA) PIEAT(group A) and compared with 180 cases injected urokinase (UK) PIEAT(group B) and 190 cases with UK per intravenous drip(group C).

• 方法：用颈内动脉插管注射组织型纤溶酶原激活因子（tPA）溶栓治疗急性脑梗塞50例（A组），与同期颈内动脉插管注射尿激酶（UK）溶栓180例（B组）和外周静脉静滴UK190例（C组）进行对比，观察患者失语、昏迷、出血、死亡情况及肌力恢复情况。
