Methods:240 deciduous molars with pathological perforation in pulpal bottom in 105 patients were selected for perforation repair,they were divided by random into the medication group (TNZ composite froup,n=140) and the control group(ZOE group,n=100).

• 方法 :选择 10 5例 2 40颗髓底病理性穿孔的乳磨牙 ,随机分药物组 (TNZ复合剂 ,140颗牙 ) ,对照组氧化锌 ,丁香油酚 (ZOE糊剂 ,10 0颗牙 ) ,两组均常规进行根管预备后行根管充填和穿孔修补。
