Methods: The activity of serum SGPT and the contents of liver DNA, RNA, protein, glycogen were measured in the model mice of liver injury induced by carbon tetrachloride (CCl 4), D-galactosamine (D-Gla), Acetaminophen (AAP) and Thioacetamide (TAA).
