Methods: Serum triiodothyronine(T_3), thyroxin(T_4), thyrotropin(TSH) were measured in 63 inpatients and outpatients with bipolar disorders including 34 with bipolar mania(BM) and 29 with bipolar depression(BD) before and after treatment.
