Methods we examined T lymphocytes in peripheral blood samples of 7 patients with SARS,27 individuals infected with HIV,5 acte patients with mumps,7 with meales and 20 healthy donors by cytometer.

• 方法 用流式细胞术对 7例SARS患者的外周血T淋巴细胞亚群进行系列检测 ,并选择 2 7名HIV感染者、5名急性腮腺炎和 7名麻疹患者作疾病对照 ,另选 2 0名健康者作正常对照。
