• 方法人支气管上皮细胞(16HBE)给予低、中、高剂量的硫化镍处理后,使用反转录-多聚酶链式反应(RT-PCR)法检测出人支气管上皮细胞(16HBE)中NF-KB的表达,分别在4、8、12和24h后检测其NF-KB表达的动态变化。
