Methods Serum and IgG,IgA,IgM in bile sample was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays(ELIAS),and Western blotting was performed to detect H.pylori associated protein in both serum and bile samples showing IgG positive.

• 方法 采用酶链免疫法 (ELASA)对胆结石患者血清及胆汁免疫球蛋白IgG、IgA、IgM标本进行检测 ,对血清学及胆汁IgG均阳性患者的胆汁 ,采用免疫印迹法 (WesternBlot)进行幽门螺杆菌感染相关蛋白检测。
