Methods Indirect ELISA and sandwich ELISA were used to detect the specific antibody of IgG subclass (IgG 1 ,IgG 2 ,IgG 3 ,IgG 4 ) and IgA,IgM,IgE,as well as circular antigen (CAg) and immunocomplex (CIC) in sera of Eg patients in children.
