Methods In the 65 cases(68 eyes),we injected Bleomycin and then resected the pterygium,after that,transplanted stem cells of the corneal rim.

• 方法对65例(68眼)复发性翼状胬肉,先行平阳霉素注射后再行手术切除。术中加用丝裂霉素,再行角膜缘干细胞移植。术后滴用皮质类固醇和色甘酸钠。
