Methods ELASA were used to detect the IgM of FluA,FluB,RSV,ADV and PIV.Results The positive virus infection and double infection and multi-infection in severe COPD patients are significantly higher than those in mild and moderate COPD patients.

• 方法采用间接酶联免疫吸附试验(elisa)方法同时检测血清流感病毒A(F luA)、流感病毒B(F luB)、呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)、腺病毒(ADV)、副流感病毒(PIV)的IgM抗体。 结果重度COPD患者IgM抗体阳性和两种及多种病毒感染例数明显高于轻、中度COPD患者。
