Methods 87 patients were analyzed.These patients treated by fenestration cord nuclear enucleation and followed up over 1 year.We observed the JOA scores of NTPP and MTPP and their improvement rate.

• 方法对于侧方突出型的腰椎间盘突出症经后路开窗髓核摘除术治疗并随访1年以上的腰椎间盘突出症患者87例进行手术后近期及中期的JOA评分,观察其改善率。
