Method:In vitro: primary hippocampus neurons were cultured using embryo rat brains, the MTT and the activity of LDH were assayed and thepathology was observed, so as to study the protection of Cin from excitotoxicity induced by quinolinic acid(QA).

• 方法：采用海马神经元原代培养，检测培养神经元的MTT、 LDH活性，并观察其病理形态学改变，来研究Cin对QA损伤的海马神经元是否有保护作用，利用海马神经元损伤细胞模型，通过检测各组神经元的MDA含量、NOS活性、细胞内游离Ca2+浓度及细胞外几种兴奋性氨基酸和抑制性氨基酸含量的变化情况来探讨Cin对QA损伤海马神经元保护作用的相关作用因素。
