Material and methods:31 patients of primary OSCC and no distant metastatize spread, hospitalized in the Fourth Hospital of Hebei Privice (from Apr.2003 to Feb.2004) , participated inthis study.

• 材料和方法：本试验选用2003年1月至2004年2月间，在河北医科大学附属第四医院口腔科，住院接受治疗的原发性且无远处转移的口腔鳞癌患者31例（均经术前病理证实）。
