MTT assay was used to detect chemosensitivity to methotrexate (MTX), adriamycin (ADR), cisplatin (CDDP), vincristine (VCR) , nitrogen mustard (NM) and mitomycin (MMC) in 10 cases of osteosarcoma cells.
