MRI could clearly display the pus within cavity,the abscess wall and the edema around the abscess,the discoverd rat was 100%. There were certain characters in abscess wall which showed equal signal in tensity on T?1WI and low signal intensity on T?2WI.

• MRI能清晰地显示脓腔内的脓液，脓肿壁及周围水肿，显示率为100%25，脓肿壁信号有一定的特征，呈等T1短T2信号。
