METHODS: Ninety-two teeth among 92 patients aged from 29 to 72 years old were treated with root canal therapy which root canals prepared by rotary ProTaper with Clyde gel (contains EDTA) and lateral condensation at Department for VIP.

• 方法:用机用ProTaper和Glyde乳膏(含乙二胺四乙酸 ethylenediaminetetracetic acid；EDTA)对2004年1月至2005年12月；到广东省口腔医院特诊中心进行根管治疗的患者进行根管预备和侧压充填；共92例92颗患牙；平均51.；5岁。
