• 方法采用兔耳中央动脉为栓塞模型,分别给予PYM水针剂与PYM-BSA-MS混悬液,在不同时间经另侧耳缘静脉取血,经血浆样品处理后,采用离子对高效液相色谱法测定血药浓度,绘制药-时曲线,计算药动学参数。
