METHODS Mice models subjected to bilateral ligation of common carotid with vagus nerves, normobaric hypoxia and middle cerebral artery occlusion(MCAO) were used, to study the survival time of mice.

• 方法分别采用小鼠结扎双侧颈总动脉及迷走神经模型、常压耐缺氧模型、大脑中动脉阻塞(MCAO)模型,记录此后小鼠的存活时间,并对大脑中动脉阻塞小鼠进行行为学评分、测量其脑梗死面积,计算脑指数。
