METHODS HPVB19, toxoplasma (TOX), RV, Herpes simplex virus (HSV) and other pathogenic gene were detect ed by PCR, RT PCR and B19 viral location was studied in cardiac tissues by ISH in 79 cases of CHD and 46 cases without CHD of children.
