Lead-free dielectric ceramics of Na(Ta,Nb)O3 and [(Ko.5Nao.5),Ba](Nb,Ti)03 have been investigated in the present thesis. Their microstructure, dielectric ferroelectric characteristics and piezoelectric property have been systematically studied.
