It was inserted into pBI221 vector again and resulted in a fusion of 35S:mSB:Nos-ter and 35S:GUS:Nos-ter. Finally this fusion wasinserted into the binary vector pBinplus.

• 将获得的基因插入质粒pBI221 中，构建得到35S::mSB::Nos-ter重组DNA，再与35S::GUS::Nos-ter相连得到含有双基因的重组DNA。
