It was found that single-phase fine AlN powders with high purity and low oxygen content could be synthesized without using of inert diluents.

• 实验结果表明:在不添加氮化铝作为惰性稀释剂的情况下也可以成功制备出纯度高、氧含量低、粒度细小的单相氮化铝粉体。
