It is found that the microstructure of SPS Nd-Fe-B magnet has fine and uniform grain and the Nd-rich phase does not form along the grain boundaries of Nd2Fe14B, but agglomerates on the triple junctions.

• 结果表明,与传统烧结NdFeB磁体相比,新型磁体的显微组织特征为:主相Nd2Fe14B晶粒细小、均匀,富钕相在主相晶界上分布较少, 主要集中在三角晶界处。
